We want you to love your WOUF pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original protective packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
